Victor Pérez-Bobadilla


Victor joined Cenfri in 2021 with a passion for using data and behavioural insights to improve public policy  and the provision of public services. Victor’s work to date has explored how countries’ regulatory framework affects their development, with a focus on the digitalisation of economies, the improvement of value chains as well as building resilience and transparency through the application of digital tools.

Before joining Cenfri, he worked as a clerk for the Constitutional Court of South Africa and a legal analyst for the Ministry of Finance in Mexico. In his spare time, he likes to cook, run, and play soccer.

  • Bachelors of law (qualified attorney), ITAM
  • Master’s in Public Policy and Management, King’s College London
