Hear directly from African and global regulators as they share:

• Why greater innovation is needed in insurance markets and the barriers that may constrain it.
• Lessons from operationalising live digital sandboxes.
• The range of regulatory tools available to inform supervisory decision making.

Panel discussion on the legal, institutional and resource constraints that arise when regulatory sandboxes move from theory to practise. The session will provide a practical assessment of what has worked, what has proved difficult and what peer authorities should consider when developing their own approaches to insurance innovation.
