Kyle is a trade policy researcher with an interest in African economic and digital integration. At Cenfri, Kyle leads research for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) and its implications for insurance integration.
Before Cenfri, he spent two years at the Commonwealth Secretariat in London, where he researched digital trade, tariff policy and renewable energy, and led the quantitative analysis for the Commonwealth Trade Review. He has also worked with the International Trade Centre, the International Labour Organization and CUTS International in Geneva, and has presented policy briefings to World Trade Organization (WTO) delegates and negotiators.
