Digital Transformation, Data & AI

Cenfri supports policymakers, regulators, development partners and market actors to harness data, AI and digital transformation in ways that contribute to welfare-enhancing outcomes. This is true across our portfolio but three workstreams focus specifically on strengthening the foundations required for data and digital technologies to create value for governments, businesses and citizens. These are:

  1. Applied data and AI. Helping organisations use data and AI more effectively by building trusted data ecosystems, helping institutions turn data into strategic decisions and supporting responsible AI adoption
  2. Data governance and digital trust. Strengthening the ability of institutions and countries to use data safely, responsibly and optimally
  3. Sectoral economic transformation. Research, diagnostics and recommendations on how data, digitalisation and market development can unlock economic opportunity
