Angelos is the Policy Lead for the Rwanda Economy Digitalisation Programme. Before joining Cenfri in 2024, Angelos served as an Analyst for Public Sector Digitisation at the Rwandan Ministry of ICT and Innovation. In this role, he was instrumental in promoting data-driven policymaking and driving digitisation initiatives.
Prior to this, he served as the Acting Director General of Innovation & Business Development at the Ministry of ICT and Innovation. He coordinated programmes and policies to promote the development and adoption of innovative business models that foster high growth among companies. His career spans more than 12 years, much of it in the technology and innovation space.
