Dr Belle Fille joined us in November as a Senior Data Scientist. Before joining Cenfri, she worked at the Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) as a Principal Professional for Data Analysis and Statistics, where she led initiatives to increase tax revenue, applied advanced data techniques to detect tax fraud, and supported decision-making through data insights.
She has also consulted independently for organisations like Interpeace Rwanda, Never Again Rwanda, Legacy Advocates, and CGP-GL in digitalising questionnaires and data analysis. Additionally, she provided technical support in fraud detection and non-compliance for tax administrations in Indonesia, Uganda, and Comoros.
