From 19 to 23 March, the City of London is hosting a series of events and conferences covering different aspects of the application of technology in the financial sector for the latest UK FinTech Week.

Cenfri Founder and Managing Director Doubell Chamberlain, as well as Technical Director Barry Cooper, will be attending two events during the week to share our latest insights on the potential application of FinTech in emerging markets:

• Innovate Finance Global Summit: IFGS 2018 kick starts the official UK FinTech Week. Alongside IFGS the week will feature events by HM Treasury, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and London Stock Exchange (LSE) and will convene finance, technology and innovation enthusiasts from across the world to London. Follow the conversation with #IFGS2018
• Regulation and Innovation in the Age of FinTech: The event will be hosted by our partner FSD Africa – a UK Aid funded – financial sector development agency, the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance, a University of Cambridge academic research centre, and Global RegHub – a new firm specialised in regulatory technical assistance. The event will provide an opportunity to meet and learn from colleagues involved in innovation and regulation from across the globe, with an emerging and African market emphasis
