Megan Gorridon


Megan has been part of the Cenfri team since June 2019, as the Human Resource Manager.  Her role supports the business by ensuring that the people management strategy and practices are aligned to the business objectives and integrated into the operating model.

Prior to joining Cenfri, she has been contributing to the Human Resources discipline for over 15 years in various corporate environments, predominantly within the financial services industry.

Qualifications
  • Honours degree in Organisational Psychology, University of Cape Town
  • Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Organisation Psychology
