Steph is responsible for Cenfri’s enablement function, which comprises human capital management, finance, the project office, office management and IT – an essential function that enables Cenfri to live out its purpose and achieve its vision of impact.
Before transitioning into project implementation and programme management – and joining Cenfri in 2015 – Steph worked in various positions in the financial services industry in the United Kingdom and South Africa respectively. She managed a wide portfolio of projects, including regulatory changes (Solvency II and pension reform), business transformation (finance and HR), as well as business and product launches within a large life insurance company.
