Lemmy is the Founding Partner and CEO of FinProbity Solutions. He has more than 20 years’ experience in financial inclusion, micro-finance, micro-insurance, private sector development, value-chain and small enterprise development.

Lemmy’s professional experience spans Africa, Asia and Europe. Having previously managed FSD Zambia’s insurance work, Lemmy is also a shareholder, partner and director of a management consultancy firm in Zambia, which provides technical assistance and management services to local and international developmental organisations and private sector companies.

  • BA in Economics and Demography, University of Zambia. 
  • Master’s in International Development, University of Manchester
