Edwin has fourteen years experience development with a focus on capacity-building and system strengthening for government staff and stakeholders at both national and sub-national levels.
Passionate about financial inclusion and stakeholder engagement, Edwin has published work in a number of international journals in the social science field. Results orientated at work, he has worked on a number of projects which leveraged his expertise on Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL), gender-responsive project cycles, results chain and performance management; data and data use for decision making. Edwin recently joined the Cenfri team as an in-country member of the MCF-funded Rwandan economy digitalisation project.
In his spare time, Edwin likes to visit different places with his entire family.
