Lebogang Mashego

Prior to joining Cenfri as a Research Analyst in 2022, Lebogang worked as a project manager at a property startup, where she was responsible for the technology, people, and operations implementation of new projects.

Lebogang’s ongoing Master’s dissertation primarily focuses on leveraging innovative financing mechanisms and public-private partnerships to unlock affordable and GAP housing opportunities in South African secondary cities, and her passion for sustainability, development finance, and gender mainstreaming led her to pursue a career in international development.

Lebogang is excited by startups, data, and the power of technology to advance social justice and inclusion. In her spare time, she enjoys getting lost outdoors, reading, writing, running and swimming.
