Remembrance joined Cenfri in June 2024 as a MEL specialist. He is a development economist and a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) practitioner. After completing his master’s degree in 2015, he worked as a part-time lecturer and researcher at his alma mater. He then worked as a development economist for an economic consultancy that provided advisory services to government departments and local municipalities in South Africa. Subsequently, he served as a social impact consultant for a corporate responsibility consultancy and an impact officer for a specialist investor.
Remembrance has contributed to several development initiatives aimed at solving socio-economic challenges. He has experience in social impact measurement and management, with most of his M&E expertise gained through corporate responsibility consulting, where he worked with reputable companies and corporate foundations to enhance the impact of their development interventions.
