Getting the basics of demand-side surveys right

The aim of this report is to provide organisations and individuals interested in implementing financial inclusion demand-side surveys, with an overview of the current trends in data collection, sample design and survey design. It seeks to enable these individuals and organisations to understand the trade-offs between time, cost and quality in order to maximise the return stakeholders get from investing in these surveys.
